Are you a graduate and looking for internship opportunity in a multi national company then you should be applying for The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Internship Program. ADB is a major multilateral development bank that works to end poverty and improve living standards across Asia and the Pacific. Students who are enrolled in Masters or PhD programs in fields related to ADB’s work. Headquartered in Manila, Philippines, ADB employs over 3,000 professionals in various fields in the bank. ADB has 50 member countries and its main purpose is to provide loans, technical assistance and grants to its developing member countries.

ADB’s Internship Program provides graduate students hands-on learning opportunities through research assignments based on the bank’s operational needs. Duration of the internship is from 8 to 11 weeks. Interns work directly with experienced officers to gain insights into development finance, project design and implementation, economic and sector work. Eligibility for ADB Internships:

Following is the general eligibility criteria to apply for Asian Development Bank Internships,

  • Current enrollment in a Master’s or PhD program in a field related to ADB’s work
  • Citizen of an ADB member country
  • Applicants should have professional experience relevant to the assignment.
  • Excellent English communication skills

Deadline

The Spring/Fall 2024 application period runs from January 31 August 2024. Applicants must complete an online form, submit a CV and cover letter, and apply to specific assignments. Selection is competitive and based on eligibility, experience and motivation.

How To Apply

Interested applicants can apply online through ADB Career and Employment System (ACES). Now applicants can apply without school registration and nomination.

Successful candidates will participate in 8-11 week remote or Manila-based internships beginning March/September 2024. This globally recognized program offers invaluable skills training in international development.
