The Eisenhower Fellowships Women’s Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for motivated women leaders from all professional fields to strengthen civic participation and good governance in their societies. The program, which will take place in fall 2024, will assemble a talented group of 20-25 women leaders from around the world and invite them to the United States for six-week individualized program. If you meet the application requirements then you must apply for this opportunity as application is completely free.
The program is designed to develop the leadership skills of the fellows, foster interdisciplinary professional relationships and launch concrete collaborations that will have a positive impact on their societies. The program is open to outstanding candidates from every country in the EF global network. Fellows will be selected based on their track record of leadership, their potential for future impact and their commitment to lifelong engagement with Eisenhower Fellowships. Fellows are expected to advance the mission of enhancing international understanding through dialogue to build a world more peaceful, prosperous, and just place.
It is a very competitive program and usually, people who get these fellowships are between 32 and 45 years old. You need to be very good at English. Organizer is looking for women who are pioneers and who are mature enough to make the most of this special opportunity and represent Eisenhower Fellowships in a good way. These women should be able to use this experience to become even more effective leaders.
